Returns

We offer store credit or exchange only on items that qualify for a return.  Items on clearance 50% off or more, are FINAL SALE.

Our policy lasts 14 days, you must contact us within that period.  If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, and you have not contacted us to coordinate, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have tags affixed.  Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

We do not accept products that are: 

Intimates, gift cards, or items purchased at clearance prices (50% off or more).

To complete your return, we require your profile name if you have one, your order number, or proof of purchase.  The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to the store if the order was placed online and shipped.   

A refund is permitted for any item, not in its original condition - damaged or missing parts.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit/exchange.  If you are approved, then your store credit/exchange will be processed, and a gift card will be emailed, or the exchange item shipped, within 3 days.
