COVID-19 UPDATES

Further Updates as of June 1/2020

Our physical store will be open to the public Wednesday through Saturday from 11am to 5pm, with all other days by appointment only.  We continue to offer online shopping 24/7.  Pick up is available.

Email steelstylegarage@gmail.com to book your appointment - we will accept appointment requests by email only in effort to streamline and manage bookings efficiently.

As per government guidelines, our change rooms will not be available for use.  This is because our change rooms are curtain closures as opposed to doors.

Special Procedures FOR OUR CUSTOMERS:

Only our street level main entrance will be in use.

We will only allow 3 people in the store at a time.

There will be a mandatory hand sanitizer station as you enter.  

There will be directional arrows to follow, a minimum of 2 meters between customers.

Masks will be available for our staff, and we recommend that customers wear a their own mask.  Please arrive with only your method of payment and cell phone - we will not be permitting bags/large purses into the store.

We do still strongly encourage online shopping, and curb side pick-up.

We ask that if possible, especially if shopping clearance items, prepare yourself ahead of time with a list of items you’d like to see so that our staff can set them aside for you.   You can do this by perusing the website, SALE tab for clearance.  Use the search function if you are looking for a particular item – it’s pretty handy.

We’d like to limit the amount of surfaces and items being touched so our staff will assist you during your in store shopping experience.

Our in-store exchange policy remains in effect as it always has. We accept exchanges/returns within 30 days of purchase. We offer store credit or exchange only.  Clearance items (those 50% off or more) are FINAL sale.

How do exchanges work during COVID? We have your safety and ours in mind. Any returns can be dropped back off to the store however, it will take up to 72 hours for us to process the return as we do not touch packages entering the store for that duration. Contact us if you have any questions regarding this process.

We ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms at all, that you do not visit the store.

Special Procedures for OUR STAFF:

Our staff continue to implement social distancing practices at all times, and we ask that you do as well.  We have specific safety guidelines issued by the Retail Council of Canada, that will be followed.   We have sanitizing checklists in place, along with many other precautionary measures.
